You can request an extension from your client if you anticipate that you may not be able to deliver the job by End Date. However, do note that this is subject to your client approval, and also note that this will shift your payment day forward the number of days you requested.
To request an extension, follow these steps.
- On the Work page, click Request Extension on the ongoing job you want to take this action.
- On the pop-up form, indicate the number of days you require and include a reason.
- Click Request to confirm.
