Respond to Client’s Chat

When a potential or existing client sends you real-time messages while you are offline, you will receive a push notification on your iOS or Android mobile app, if you have one installed, or you will receive an email notifying you of missed messages. Click on View Messages to check your messages.

On the platform, to chat with clients, follow these steps.

  1. On your selling account homepage, click Chat

  2. On the chat, page click on the buyer’s display name to chat.
