You can send messages to clients directly from your Ongoing Works tab. To do this

Buying and selling are done on different accounts on TERAWORK. To sell you must create a selling account either by clicking on the (BUY|SELL) icon on the navigation bar if you already have a buying account or click on SIGN UP > Signup as a Professional Freelancer to start.
