Request TERAWORK Support
If need be while chatting real-time with a freelancer, you can request support. This enables support personnel from TERAWRK to join your conversation and provide give needed support.
To request support, follow these steps.
- On the drop-down menu, click Request Support
- Input your support request and click OK
- An Admin will join the conversation and give you the support you require.
