Client Wallet and Transactions

To manage users’ funds TERAWORK provides two (2) separate Wallet, namely, Client Wallet and Seller Wallet. Please, click on each for further details.

Client Wallet

The Client Wallet is attached to a user buying account and it is used primarily to hold funds that may be used to buy freelance services or pay for Premium Services Subscriptions.  To fund your Client Wallet, kindly follow the steps on How to Get TERAWORK Voucher.

The Transaction page shows Escrowed Balance on your buying account and history of all payments for orders made using the Client Wallet. The Escrowed Balance on a user Client Account shows a summation of all funds paid to order job(s) by the user. Such job(s) will still be ongoing. Usually, Escrowed Balance will be equal to zero for users who do not currently have ongoing job(s).
